We are currently recruiting for a Mid Tier firm in Central London that is looking to recruit a strong Audit Senior Manager or Audit Director into a partner designate role. The firm is keen to offer the right candidate an opportunity to join their leadership development programme and invest to ensure you progress forwards into a partner role. As a leading advisor to owner-managed businesses, they are keen to secure an entrepreneurial professional with a commercial mindset that can assist them in developing their client portfolio

Role:

• Oversee the delivery of audit/accounts assignments across a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs
• Lead some of the larger and more complex assignments
• Build further revenue streams by introducing new clients to the firm and developing further streams with current clients
• Monitor profitability across your portfolio forecasting effectively
• Coach and develop staff members and encourage progression within the firm

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA qualification/overseas equivalent with at least 6 years post-qualified experience
• Experience of managing a portfolio of OMB/SME private company audits
• Proven experience in new business development and client relationship management
• Experience of dealing with complex client issues
• Leadership experience at a management grade
• Experience of preparing budgets and monitoring actual time against budget
