Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Oversee the firm’s marketing activities and represent the practice at industry events
• Contribute to the firm’s succession planning, working closely with the Partners to identify and develop future leaders

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in corporate and personal insolvency, ideally within an accountancy practice
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of insolvency professionals
• Strong business development skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Professional insolvency qualification (e.g., CPI, JIEB, ACCA, ACA) is highly desirable
