A leading mid-tier practice in London is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join its growing team.

As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for managing and delivering audit assignments for various clients, including listed companies and large privately-owned businesses. You will work closely with the partners and managers to ensure that all deadlines are met and that the highest quality of work is produced.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading audit teams on-site and managing the day-to-day relationships with clients
• Ensuring that all audit work is completed to a high standard and in line with professional and regulatory standards
• Identifying and communicating potential issues to senior management and recommending solutions
• Developing and mentoring junior team members
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
