A leading Insolvency Practice in Preston is seeking a Graduate / Junior Insolvency Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to take the first step in their insolvency career or someone with a year or two of experience to enhance their. You will work closely with the Insolvency Practitioner / Partner and will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation of statutory reports and proposals.
• Communicating with creditors and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with liquidations, administrations, bankruptcies and other formal insolvency procedures.
• Assisting in the investigation of the conduct of directors and the affairs of companies in liquidation.
• Assisting in the realisation of assets and distribution of funds to creditors.
• Keeping accurate records and updating case management systems.

Requirements:

• A keen interest in insolvency and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
