Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring they progress efficiently and effectively.
• Liaise closely with senior management to strategize and execute the department’s objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Engage actively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining and strengthening relationships.

Requirements:

• Solid background in insolvency with proven experience in case management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing professional relationships.
• Relevant qualifications in the insolvency or financial sector.

• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
