Our client, a leading practice in Bermuda, is seeking a highly qualified and driven Insolvency Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, as well as contributing to the growth and development of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and Bankruptcies
• Lead and manage a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring that cases are progressed efficiently and effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and providing regular updates
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth, working alongside the senior team to implement plans
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior members of the team, supporting their development and progression

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a track record of managing cases and teams
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Drive and ambition to progress within the firm
• Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills
