• Nurturing and solidifying relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the insolvency and financial sectors.
• Mentoring and developing the skills of junior staff, cultivating a supportive and forward-thinking team environment.
• Representing the firm in business development initiatives, both within the British Virgin Islands and internationally.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in the insolvency domain with a solid history of handling intricate cases.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/ICAEW or specific insolvency certifications.
