Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and leading a new team in the Manchester office.
• Building and leveraging your network to generate new business.
• Driving revenue growth and promoting the firm’s insolvency and advisory services.
• Managing insolvency and restructuring assignments with efficiency and professionalism.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and referral sources.
• Hosting networking events and representing the firm at industry events in the region.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Work Winning Insolvency Practitioner.
• A well-established network in insolvency, restructuring, and related fields.
• Strong business development skills with a history of winning new work.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a new team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take on the challenges of a new office setup.
